Our Practice
Dr. William Diamond, Optometrist Dr. Diamond is a graduate of Southern California College of Optometry. He has been in private practice for 38 years. In 2006 he received the Tri-Valley Optometrist of the Year award. He regularly attends optometric conferences to learn new techniques and advanced technology. Between Dr. Diamond and his lovely wife, they have a combined family of 8 amazing children and 14 adorable grandchildren. In addition, Dr. Diamond considers his patients as part of his extended family, and treats them accordingly. He is the type of person who has always encouraged his employees to excel and to reach for their dreams. His support and compassion is evident by the long tenure of his employees and the team he has created.

Barbara Mostardi, O.D. Dr. Mostardi has been practicing optometry for over 20 years, working in public clinics, in ophthalmology offices and in private optometric practices. Her addition to the practice allows Dr. Diamond to take off on Mondays and every other Saturday. Dr. Mostardi is the middle child of six, she hails from a family of doctors, dentists and teachers. She has an outgoing adventurous personality who loves exercising at the gym, skiing and river rafting. She has a passion for cooking, reading and bunco fun. With her husband of 27 years she raised 3 children that have all attended local schools. She enjoys listening and talking with patients as she resolves their visual needs.

Dawn Kanan, Optician & C.M.T Dawn has been with Dr. Diamond for 32+ years. She is the office "go to" person when an eyeglass task is difficult. She says, "It's wonderful to have a boss with a great work ethic and one who makes me laugh every day". Dawn is also a practicing, Certified Massage Therapist (C.M.T.). |
Suzanne Holland-Burton, Optical Assist. & R.D.A. Suzanne started working for Dr. Diamond when she was 17 years old. Four years later, she left to pursue a dental assisting degree. After working as an R.D.A. for several years, she decided to return to the practice. Dr. Diamond welcomed her back with open arms. Her current tenure is at 24 years. She speaks highly of Dr. Diamond, "After all these years, he continues to be a role model for me and I enjoy my job each and everyday".

Kristen Victoriano Kristen is "the new kid on the block" but has just completed her second year with us, congrats!!!! She comes to the practice with a customer service background. Since Dr. Diamond prides himself on providing great customer service, Kristen fits right in and is a wonderful addition. Her sunny disposition radiates throughout the office and puts everyone in a good mood. She describes Dr. Diamond as, "The best boss ever!" |
